Reliability Analysisand Designof Sight Baseline Variation Measurement System

Sight baseline variation describes deviation of sighting telescope'soptical sight baseline.Sight line alteration must be checked before the gun shooting events and it affects the accuracy of the shooting,and the reliability of sight baseline variation measurement system affects measurement results directly.Therefore,the reliability analysis and design of sight baseline variation measurement system is very important.Afterstudying the reliability theory deeply,this paper analyzes the working principle and system composition of the measurement system,chooses Fault Tree Analysis(FTA),finds all possible modes of failure,determines the weakness of the system,uses qualitative analysis of FTA for the fault diagnosis of the whole system,lists the system fault tree minimal cut sets,determines all fault factors,completes the quantitative analysis of FTA,finishes the reliability design of the measurement system,the continuous working time is 10 h MTBF ?223.138 h and it is verified.
