The white light sight and LLL sight play very important roles in the weapon targeting of combat arms, but they also have their own flaws. The white light sight cannot work in the night and LLL sight cannot work during the day. However the infrared sight can display target by the characteristic of heat radiation in order to fill up the deficiency. So the infrared sight can work during during day and night. Serving as a small electronic devices, the certainty of infrared sight is a very important performance indicatorsThis paper combined with the test of the infrared sight certainty, mainly focused on the actual needs of the infrared sights certainty of stress reliability test. By choosing the blackbody, determines the technical parameters of the system collimator. Then in order to that CCD camera system can work in the high or low temperature environment, a thermostat is designed. And the detection circuit and control circuit in the subsystems of the electrical stress system are also designed. In the subsystems of temperature stress, the chamber structure, chamber insulation, interior chamber and the chamber window of low or high temperature test chamber are designed. The certainty of the system is designed according to the given continuous working time, average trouble-free working time and the average repair time. At last the test data of devices is given.
