| This paper designed and developed a portable infrared sight aiming baseline detection system for detecting the optical aiming baseline deviation of the infrared sight. That is the zero bit of walking capacity of infrared sight. This system designed and developed the tolerance zone target, off-axis parabolic reflective collimator and dual control differential blackbody which provided parallel light for infrared detection system and as a endless far-infrared targets for the tested target. This article analyzed the target baseline of infrared sight on the theory, and designed the Newton reflective off-axis parabolic collimator, the detection system analyzed and designed the structure, optical and lighting systems and so on in detail.This paper on the basis of the current development at home and abroad of the baseline target detection method of the sight, summed up some of the advantages and disadvantages of several the currently applied detection methods. And designed and developed the overall system according to the technical specifications which given. The article focused on the following aspects, including the system’s overall design, the designed of every single component, adjustment of the optical path, the accuracy analysis of system and demonstrated of experimental results. By the experiments, the system can meet the technical specifications and qualitative requirements of the tested system accuracy of0.7mil, it is easy to use, and content the rapidly tested needs of production. |
