With the development of society, hotel services facilities and the level of service continues to improve, tourists’ consumer experience deepens and the increasing diversification of consumer demand, there is a growing pursuit of individuality , quality and uniqueness of the hotel also make more demands, especially need hotels offer a unique experience, as well as the spiritual and cultural enjoyment. The development of the tourism industry in the background of this thesis, based on the regional characteristics of Hanzhoung culture, the design of the five star Una Century Hotel Hanzhoung "as an example, from the hotel design ideas, inspiration, design strategy, function and streamline, sight design, energy saving, environmental impact analysis,the total investment of the project and financial evaluation analysis of the" homing Crested Ibis"and" the source "of two hotel design are discussed, and the combination of AHP and questionnaire method for comprehensive evaluation of the two design and selection.Study on the method of combining literature research, field research and questionnaire research draws the following conclusions: (1) the comprehensive strength of construction of regional culture hotel can improve the local tourism service industry; (2) the characteristics of regional culture is the theme of the hotel building design of the cultural spirit; (3)a variety of evaluation methods to evaluate each other the selection of the best design; (4) comparison evaluation of construction project can continuously improve the quality of design; (5) the optimal design scheme of "Hanjiang River source" design scheme is able to meet the full range of design more excellent public demand.
