Research On Hotel Architectural Design Based On Value Analysis

Architectural planning and its related theories were popularized in the domestic architectural design industry at the beginning of this century,but due to the level of domestic economic development,their practice has been limited to a small scope and has not received attention.However,with the advent of the post epidemic era,the tourism industry is facing structural adjustments,and a series of planning issues in hotel buildings,such as unreasonable assignment settings,unscientific decision-making,inaccurate hotel positioning,and high project costs,are gradually becoming prominent.This research takes the characteristic hotel building of the second phase of the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Park in the Dongfengyun Art Town of Mile City as an example,and takes architectural planning and value analysis as the theoretical core to analyze the current situation of the site and the surrounding environment.Using the methods and means of architectural planning,the guidance of architectural planning is transformed into the spatial language and expression of architectural design in actual projects,starting from multiple processes such as the determination of construction project objectives,spatial conception,technical planning,economic planning,and hierarchical analysis.Finally,the hierarchical analysis method in architectural planning is used to rank and comprehensively evaluate the value of the selected scheme,with a view to selecting a more reasonable and suitable design exploration for the site.
