The performance of the fan for mechanical properties playing plays a vital role,in order to test the performance of the fan,this paper is based on the original fan performance testing experimental equipment,replacing the original Windows Me system,based on Windows 7 system,selected data acquisition card reasonable and economic,writed the fan performance testing system in the basis of the experimental hardware.In the process of fan performance testing experiment,the data such as pressure,temperature,torque and rotational speed data will be transferred to the computer the human-computer interaction interface through data acquisition card.The system will carry out data analysis automatically and gain performance parameter.Using Lab VIEW graphical programming software,realizes real-time data acquisition,display,analysis,storage,collection and display in the basis of the Windows 7 system and achieves good human-computer interaction interface,clicks the button to realize motor start and pause,motor speed regulation,realizes saving the collection of data automatically under the excel file.In the process of data collection,using the software filtering can guarantee the stability of data transmission,reduce the interference.In the process of data processing,using the origin software to draw curve,on the software to ensure the stability and accuracy of data acquisition.This paper mainly studies the hardware structure of system,and the design process of software system.Through the experiment to test the accuracy and practicability of this system.Through the study of this paper,based on the old experimental hardware,the new system can realize data acquisition,data analysis and other functions,to satisfy the requirement of experiment.
