The power curve of a wind turbine is a curve that describes the relationship between wind speed and unit output power.When the wind turbine manufacturer sells the wind turbine,it needs to provide the corresponding wind turbine power curve model as the evaluation and consideration standard for the performance of the wind turbine.The wind turbine power curve model can be used not only to evaluate the performance of the wind turbine,but also to detect the actual operating conditions of the wind turbine.It is also a decisive factor in the design of wind power systems and the scheduling of wind farms.However,wind power manufacturers mainly provide theoretical power models at this stage.Due to the difference in operating environment,there is an error between the theoretical power model and the actual power generation data of the wind turbine.Due to the climatic location and the difference in production,different fans have their own individual differences and need to be tested regularly.In order to improve the applicability of the power curve model,it is particularly important to redesign the actual power generation model based on the measured data.This topic comes from the cooperation project between Chongqing University Automation College and a wind power equipment research institute.In order to improve the practicability of the power generation model,the actual power data is used to design the wind turbine power model modeling method based on actual operational data.Test system.The main work of this paper is reflected in the following aspects:(1)Firstly,the mechanism model is analyzed,and the mechanism model has the randomness of wind direction and the uncertainty caused by other environmental conditions.There is an error in the distribution of mechanism modeling and measured data,so the modeling idea based on measured data is determined,design test system overall framework;(2)Design a data preprocessing module based on the measured data distribution,analyze the abnormal points and turbulence points of the measured data,and use the method of mean square error and slip method to remove the abnormal point operation,and adopt the method including maximum value,Bien method,The maximum likelihood method and other methods are used to perform point modeling preprocessing;(3)Design data segmentation fitting module,using a variety of parameter functions to fit the measured data,and find that the fitting effect of different fitting speeds is different,analyze and compare the effects of different fitting models,and determine the fitting method based on segmentation optimization;(4)Design data analysis processing module,test the measured data of different months,analyze the difference and law of the measured data,analyze the influence of air volume temperature on the measured data in different months,analyze the correlation between temperature and measured data,and develop the design visualization software.After the design of the system is completed,the system is debugged and tested.The system can automatically read and save the measured data generated by the corresponding wind turbine generator,and perform point-to-point,point-taking and fitting modeling on the measured data.The system’s various functions and non-functional indicators can achieve the expected goals,and the human-computer interaction interface conforms to the user’s usage habits.At present,the wind turbine power curve model test system designed in this paper has been delivered to enterprises. |
