Design Of Thrombelograph And Research Of Its Curve Fitting

Thrombelastogram plotter is an analyzer which can not only analyze the progress of coagulation fibrinolysis dynamically in general but also can accurately guide the treatment of coagulopathy and component blood transfusion.The operation is simple and the data is accurate and it can make up for shortcoming of every department in coagulation detection at present.Thrombelastogram plotter has gotten wide application and experts' approval around the world currently.At present,thrombelastogram plotters of the most hospitals have some disadvantages such as complex structure,high price,strict operation environment,detection results affected by environment easily.In this paper,according to the shortcoming of traditional devices,we improve primary structure,add magnetic field generation device and turntable structure,complete the main parameters,design hardware circuit,select DSP as main controller,design turntable drive unit,blood viscosity detection unit,temperature control unit and installation and debugging of the device.In consideration of software system,we use C program and assembly language to make the whole program including main program,drive program,detection program,temperature control program,which are integrated as the principle of modular design.For rise operability of the whole device,detection interface of the device are designed.Then we input detection data into Matlab,apply least square method and segmentation fitting to make a accurate and smooth curve of thrombelastogram.By this way,we can get thrombelastogram parameters through computing curve equation,make curve fitting of different blood reagents' thrombelastograms,and select thrombelastograms of type diseases to analyze.At the end of the paper,we describe the errors and their influence that may appear in the whole detection progress and present the solution method.By the test results,we can know that the device can satisfy the accuracy request of medical diagnosis with many advantages such as stable running or simple operation and it will have broad apply prospects in the area of count with Thrombelastogram plotter.
