The Research On Security Of Qian'an Road Transportation From The Perspective Of Digital Governance Theory

Since the new century,the development of information technology brings new opportunities and challenges to the traditional mode of social governance,is a transformation of social governance,on the other hand,is a huge change in management philosophy and management tools,digital governance theory in the field of public management is developed in this context.The tenth meeting of the Standing Committee of Twelfth National People's Congress on August 31,2014 by the decision of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress on the revision of the "People's Republic of China" safety production law,implemented since December 1,2014.Under the new situation,how to carry out the dynamic tracking and supervision of the hidden dangers of highway transportation,such as two passengers and one dangerous,large cargo transportation and so on,has become the key work to coordinate the government and enterprises in the field of production safety.This paper tries to use information technology governance through digital governance theory emphasizes in the field of security of highway transportation,implementation of public-private cooperation governance in highway transportation safety field of digital and network,to enhance the capability of production safety in Qian'an enterprise,maintain social security and stability.At present,there are many problems in Qian'an highway transportation,such as the government supervision can not be covered in real time,the investment of highway transportation safety funds is insufficient,and the stability of highway transportation is not high.In order to promote the progress of road transport safety in Qian'an city development,the author proposes to build digital management mechanism,improve the public and private sectors between the road transport safety special funds chain,the establishment of digital enterprise self-examination and coordination platform,improve the digital emergency treatment mechanism of natural emergency measures such as digitization,actively respond to these problems.
