| Hot stamping forming technology is a new technology for forming high-strength steel sheets and is the best way to obtain high-strength stampings.Although the conventional hot stampings have higher strength,they are poorly shaped,and the overall strength is single,and the disadvantages in collision are obvious,and the variable-strength hot stampings have excellent performance in terms of collision.For example,in a car collision,the middle of the anti-collision beam is required to have a higher strength to resist the invasion,and the two ends have a higher shape to reduce the impact.In order to improve the collision performance of the anti-collision beam,firstly,according to the shape and size of the original aluminum alloy impact beam,a high-strength steel anti-collision beam with M-shaped section is designed,and the strength gradient optimization scheme design of the anti-collision beam is designed..The designed optimization scheme is carried out in order of collision simulation.The original aluminum alloy impact beam collision model is established and the simulation data is used as a reference.The simulation results are compared respectively,and the optimal intensity gradient optimization scheme is obtained.Secondly,in order to verify whether the hot stamping forming technology is capable of producing an impact beam with a strength step performance.According to the designed anti-collision beam model and the optimal strength gradient optimization scheme,the corresponding molds are briefly designed,including the cooling zone and the heating zone.The forming simulation model of the anti-collision beam was established by ABAQUS software.The designed mold model was used to simulate the forming of the high temperature sheet and the sheet formability was analyzed.Finally,the quenching solid model and the fluid model are simultaneously established in the ABAQUS software.The temperature field at the end of the simulation is used as the initial temperature field of the quenching model.The co-simulation module in ABAQUS is used to couple the thermo fluids and obtain the quenching simulation data.Through the analysis of the quenching temperature field,it is believed that the first hot stamping process can produce high-strength steel anti-collision beams with variable strength.In order to judge the feasibility of continuous production of variable strength anti-collision beam,the hot stamping process was simulated by multiple cycles of the same working condition.The simulation results show that the hot stamping forming technology can continuously produce variable strength high strength steel anti-collision beam. |
