Warehouse is a kind of information collection, storage and management of high technology in the mechanical and electrical products. The labor-intensive stack-crane was the key equipment, and adjustable fork is stacker key device access goods. Based on single pillar type of urban roadway stack-crane goods binary system which was produced by Taiyuan Gangyu Logistics Engineering Co.LTD as the main research object,this text was researched on the structure and goods fork work for solving deformation and vibration, the overall rigidity fork multi-level goods, goods in process and access to the vibration and impact, causing positioning accuracy, stable performance, long access goods are important issues such as the practical application value.The text used three levels of linear differential cargo agency theory as horizontal fork the driver, introducing virtual prototype technology, building stacker goods structure model of the system, analysising the fork work principle. Using finite element technique, the text builded mathematical model of the stack-crane goods fork during operation of the system at different stages of the mechanical properties. This study, mainly using ANSYS software modeling and simulation with kinematics and dynamics method based on the theory, save a lot of money and manpower. Finally, the study analysised and optimizated automated warehouse stacker goods fork, using modern design method. The specific contents included:(1) The text analysised the operation characteristic of fork and the super-modulus gear transmission of grade three line differential systems,builded the model of the system by ANSYS10.0software.(2) The single mast stack-crane trams for carrying the goods fork out different stages were statical analysised by ANSYS10.0software, for providing theoretical basis of design and safety fork.(3) Through the stack-crane goods fork conduct modal analysis by ANSYS10.0software, extraction several order natural frequency and vibration mode, in order to avoid the goods in the operation process and fork take inventory when resonance occur or harmful vibration model and system structure optimization,the study provided important modal parameters.(4) The forks in vertical direction of frequency curves were get by calculating the structure in several frequency response and harmonic response analysis by ANSYS10.0software. It provided important basis of resonance for designers to verify the design can be successfully overcome the resonance, fatigue and other forced vibration of harmful effects caused by the corresponding, thus controlling excitation frequency, avoiding the strikeout.(5) The fork system optimization model were builded and optimized for providing optimal application examples by ANSYS10.0software.
