As one of the key Industries in the current development,aviation forging industry is developing towards large-scale.The 630kJ counter-blow hammer is an important forging equipment of aviation large die forgings.This dissertation mainly makes research on the mechanical processing method of the 630kJ counter-blow hammer,in order to reduce the difficulty of manufacturing and processing heavy forging hammer,improve processing accuracy and reduce production costs,with a heavy machinery factory production transition as an opportunity and a heavy-duty CNC double-column vertical lathe as the processing equipment.At the same time,it can develop equipment performance of the enterprise existing heavy CNC double-column vertical lathe,and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.Based on the existing problems and shortcomings of the traditional processing methods for heavy forging hammer,this paper presents a new machining method,develops a new process plan and simulates the machining process.After adopting the new process rales to carry out the actual production and processing of forging hammer,this paper also assesses the quality of the machining results and analyses machining errors.In addition,a set of matching fixture is designed to facilitate the heavy forging hammer lathe processing.The main content of this paper is to design a new processing method of forging hammer.The traditional processing method is to complete the finish machining of the entire hammer rod,hammer rod and hammerhead.Unlike the traditional method,the processing technology of new methodthe is to adopt the welding method to complete the assembly of the hammer rod and hammerhead,and then carry out roughing and finishing of the hammer rod in the heavy duty vertical lathe.The new method has the advantages of simple manufacture,high efficiency and long service life of the hammer rod.Through the NC simulation of the machining process,the feasibility of the new process is proved theoretically.Finally,the new technology is used to complete the actual processing of the heavy forging hammer and all the indexes meet the requirements.In order to solve the problems such as the difficulty of workpiece alignment in the conventional clamping method,a set of matching fixture is designed to achieve the rapid clamping and centering of the workpiece in the heavy duty process.At the same time,it can also be applied to other similar workpiece.
