The machining process and fixture design of complex structural parts determine directly the product qualification rate,processing efficiency and manufacturing cost,which are the key determinants of the company's market competitiveness.Therefore,the design method of machining process and fixture of complex shell parts is an inevitable trend of the continuous development of manufacturing technology,and it is also the only road for enterprises to improve their market competitiveness.This article takes a car reducer shell parts(box body,box cover)as the research object.By studying the processing technology of the part and designing its key fixtures,it aims to discuss the machining process and fixture design method of complex shell parts.Also to refine the processing technology of high-precision joint surface and to mount holes to form a popular processing technology for complex shell parts.First of all,according to the structure and function of the parts and the actual processing equipment,the process design was carried out to determine the material,size and heat treatment method of the parts.Based on this,the positioning benchmark,processing procedures and process flow were determined,and the processing route was drawn up.Through the analysis of each process,the parameters such as tolerance,machining allowance,cutting amount and basic working hours of each process are calculated,and the selected parameters are verified through verification to meet the requirements;then,for the two processes of milling reducer shell joint surface and bearing hole,the analysis and calculation of cutting force,clamping force,positioning error and accuracy were carried out,and the corresponding fixture design was completed.The assembly and parts drawing of milling joint surface fixture and the bearing hole fixture of reducer were drawn.Then analyze the strength of the bearing fixture for reducer and the results showed that the strength of the fixture structure meets the requirements;Finally,the fixture for the process of drilling the bottom hole was designed and the assembly drawing and parts drawing was drawn,and then make mechanical analysis of the fixture structure,the results showed that the strength of the structure is full Claim.
