As a means of transportation for long-distance travel,railway passenger cars play an increasingly important role in people's daily lives.The train windshield is a key part of the connection between the two cars,and it is also the passage for passengers to enter and exit from one car to another.According to the investigation of the current windshield production enterprises,it is found that the traditional windshield displacement test process is mainly manual operation,and the test accuracy is low,and the task of simulating the actual movement state of the train windshield cannot be completed.Therefore,it is of great significance to develop a test device that can accurately simulate the movement state of the train windshield.With the support of the school-enterprise cooperation project,this paper developed a windshield displacement test equipment according to the specific conditions of a folding shed windshield manufacturer.The equipment can simulate the shaking,up and down slope,turning and other conditions of the train during operation,and realize the windshield minimum curve passing capacity test and windshield bearing capacity test required by the railway department,and passed the enterprise trial.The main work done is:Through the market research and design requirements analysis,determine the basic technical requirements of the windshield displacement test bench and the design theory parameters,and then determine the overall plan of the windshield displacement test bench.The windshield displacement test bench is divided into two parts: a three-three coordinate moving platform and a three-coordinate rotating platform,and then the function analysis and decomposition are performed on the three-coordinate moving platform and the three-coordinate rotating platform respectively.On this basis,the detailed mechanical structure design of each of the above components is carried out.The SolidWorks is used to establish the 3D model of the windshield displacement test rig,and the interference check is carried out to verify the rationality and feasibility of the scheme design.The ANSYS static analysis of the critically stressed components in the equipment is carried out to verify whether the stiffness and strength of the stressed components are satisfied.Test requirements;ANSYS modal analysis of the key motion frame of the test bench,calculating the specific values of the natural frequency and the external excitation frequency to avoid the occurrence of resonance phenomenon.Finally,the design of the control system and the production of the prototype are completed.The actual measured values of the key measuring points at the extreme positions are obtained through the minimum curve through the capability pre-test and the windshield bearing capacity pre-test,and compared with the theoretical reference values to verify the test bench six.The movement of degrees of freedom meets the test accuracy requirements.
