In the traditional manufacturing industry,the automobile industry has always been an important industry to promote national economic development.As the first process of automobile manufacturing,stamping production line in the automotive industry has an extremely important position,which not only affects the quality of the car manufacturing and cost,but also determines the automotive brand market competitiveness.With the emergence of the Industrial 4.0,based on industrial control technology and field bus technology in the production line is constantly moving in an intelligent direction.Therefore,combined the PLC,industrial robots with field bus technology using in stamping production line has become an important project.In this paper,a machine automatic punching system based on Profi Bus and Safety Bus bus is designed,and the production line is automatic connecting line.This paper mainly for the robot automatic punching line to do the following:1.Kinematics simulation of robot: Through the analysis of kinematics principle,the robot simulation model was established by D-H method,and simulated each joint?s motion trajectory by Matlab toolbox.2.Stamping line layout and beat design: According to the process of stamping line,completed the module selection of the press,industrial robots and dismantling system of the production line,design for the robot automatic punching line production rhythm,and clarified the control system and safety system;3.Based on Profi Bus punching system design: Through the site of the operating station location,the main controller Siemens PLC and accessories selection,designed the control cabinet electrical circuit of the line master;Using Siemens Step7 software platform based on Profi Bus control system,completed the control system PLCprogram design,ABB industrial robot program and human-computer interaction interface design;4.Based on Safety Bus protection system design: Through the analysis of the site security protection system,the main controller Pilz safety PLC and accessories selection,designed the control cabinet electrical circuit of the Safety Bus safety protection system;Using PSS Win-Pro software platform based on Safety Buscontrol system,completed thestandard sectionand the failsafe section of the PLC program design,and described for some PB blocks.After repeated debugging,the automatic stamping production system has been through the simulation run,and meets the expected requirements,which has a certain practical value for the company. |
