Superior pavement skid resistance condition is the assurance of vehicle safety. How to improve the skid resistance of the road is the hot top for the international and domestic scholars. At present our country road specification only requirements on the BPN and MTD of the road completed newly. In general the skid resistance indexes of the road completed for one year can meet the specification requirements, but the skid resistance of the road significantly declines under the reiterative traffic load, so we pay more attention to the enduring skid resistance of the road. Meanwhile the superior aggregates is limited, some regions need get the superior aggregates from other places when they build the anti-skid surface that increases the building cost. Therefore it is important to research the decay law of skid resistance when the asphalt mixture insist of different aggregates undergo the traffic load. It is significant for the design of road with good skid resistance.To cure the above problems, this paper chose6kinds of aggregates commonly used in the road and1kind of haydite lightweight aggregate, measured their mineral composition, surface texture, PSV, AAV and AIV. By the delay polished aggregate value test, analyzed the decay law of surface texture and polishing ability, cleared correlation of surface texture indexes, PSV indexes and friction factor of asphalt mixture.Secondly, to cure the problems that are liable to occur during test process, improved the accelerating grinding equipment and laser grain meter. By the comparison of different test temperature, tire pressure, polishing agent, the amount of water r and the time of the test, recommended the concrete test method of the accelerating grinding equipment.Once more, designed the asphalt mixture based on the principle of the differential abrasion and conducted the polishing experiment with the specimens. On the basis of the evaluation index, analyzed the change of skid resistance indexes(BPN and MPD) of asphalt mixture with3kinds of blending ways. Ensured the major factor on the impact of long-term skid resistance of asphalt mixture through the aggregate surface texture indexes and hardness indexes. Finally, measured the mechanical properties of ceramsite asphalt mixture, verified the pavement performance respectively from the aspects of high temperature rutting, low temperature cracking and water stability and recommend the best dosage of ceramsite that roads can meet the pavement performance and long-term skid resistance.This article provides the basis for the choice of aggregates and the design of the asphalt mixture promotes the application of recycled aggregate and provides a good reference for stone resource-poor area road.
