The existing survey shows that there is insufficient skid resistance and fast attenuation of anti-skid performance during the operation for cement concrete pavement.Excellent anti-skid performance provides adequate frictional resistance for automobile brake,and reduces the risk of traffic accidents.The abrasion resistance of cement concrete pavement surface slabs determines the long-term anti-skid performance,the development of pavement material with high abrasion resistance improve the skid resistance of cement concrete pavement and solve the problem that cement concrete pavement slip performance is too fast to decay.In this paper,the study on Polymer-Fiber Modified Ultra-Thin Whitetopping(PFUTW)and ultra-thin anti-skid function layer is of great significance to improve the durability of the cement concrete pavement surface skid resistance and traffic safety.the effect of floating slurry with high water cement ration the abrasion and skid resistance of cement concrete pavement was studied.The rheological parameters(yield stress and plastic viscosity)of fresh cement mortar were measured by soft and solid rheometer.The influence of rheological properties of cement mortar on the working and abrasion resistance of cement mortar was discussed.It was found that rheological parameters of cement mortar was great to reflect the workability of cement mortar,cement mortar yield stress linearly related to abrasion loss,with the increase in yield stress,abrasion loss reduced,and the abrasion resistance increased.The modified cement mortar is often better in the cement concrete pavement.Therefore,the cement mortar was modified used butadiene-styrene copolymer emulsion.Based on the comprehensive analysis of the workability of the cement mortar and the surface function of the pavement,combined with the indoor abrasion test and the mechanical properties test,PFUTW slurry material with 15% polymer cement ratio,7‰antifoam agent content,high abrasion resistance was proposed.Based on the structure type,the PFUTW material skeleton was designed by the aggregate volume method,and the polymer modified cement paste obtained from the previous experiment was filled.The test results of cement concrete'sabrasion resistance and mechanical properties shows that the PFUTW material has higher slump and lower water loss than the ordinary cement concrete.Andthe overall rigidity of PFUTW materialis reduced,the compressive strength is reduced,and the anti-bending strength is increased,and abrasion resistance of which is up to 51.3%.The correlation between the abrasion resistance of PFUTW and the flexural strength is higher than that between the abrasion resistance of PFUTW and the compression strength,and the compatibility of PFUTW mater ial with high abrasion resistance is further determined.The anti-skid function layer should be overlay on the special sections to improve road safety when the PFUTW material was difficult to meet the anti-skid performance requirements.The factors such as type,particle size,spreading volume of the aggregate,the concrete on surface layer and the interlayer treatment method were considered on the design of the anti-slippery layer.The pendulum friction coefficient tester,the dynamic friction coefficient meter,and the rotating scatter experiment system were used to study property of abrasion and skid resistance.The thin layer of good skid resistance property was determined with surface layer with the PFUTW material,anti-skid layer of aggregate with 10-20 mesh corundum,spreading volume of the aggregate with 5kg/m2,cement and toner with 10% of total respectively.
