With the "people-oriented" deeply rooted social concept,environment and coordinated development of urban road traffic,pavement color as an important symbol of the modernization of the city in recent years has been more and more attention,as the color pavement of new materials and new technology series.Considering the current color pavement of new technology and related research results,based on the development of preparation of color ultrathin functional layer material for excellent performance and relatively low cost,color pavement is mainly applied to the sidewalks and road landscape.Firstly,according to the physical and chemical properties of asphalt selection for raw materials for preparation of light colored binder,then through the conventional light cementing material preparation technology analysis,determine the subject light cementing material preparation process and the matters needing attention from several preparation method.Finally,from the angle of economic and reasonable nature of compliance after repeated test confirms the preparation of light cement raw material industrial base oil and A petroleum resin B the best ratio is 4:3.7,the polymer C content is 10%.Then,the prepared light-colored binder was emulsified and modified,and the better emulsifier was selected through comparative analysis.Then the waterborne epoxy resin was used as a modifier to modify the light-colored binder and finally successfully prepared.Waterborne epoxy colored emulsion binders meeting regulatory requirements.It was initially determined that the optimal ratio of modifier waterborne epoxy resin was 30%.Through the suspension test,the proportioning of the mixed materials was determined,and the types of filling,powders,and respective dosages of the compositional mixtures were determined.Through the mixture bond test,anti-sliding performance test,abrasion resistance test,anti-aging test,color ultrathin functional layer materials on the performance of different road of waterborne epoxy resin blending,the variation of asphalt mixture.On the basis of indoor experiment,the color of ultra-thin layer of paving material preparation are studied respectively in the engineering application,on-site observation and performance testing and timely test results indicate that the thin layer material on the original pavement skid resistance is improved obviously.Finally,from the color layer paving material cost of raw materials based on its material,production cost was estimated,and compared with the current market with more color surface coating glue price evaluation of economic benefit,the economic analysis shows that the good price advantage of color paving materials with thin layer.The final analysis of a series of social benefits after the color thin layer paving pavement with the show,color pavement will become a trend in city development.
