The Research On The Internal Mechanism And Coordination Tactics Of Urban Block Form Shaping

With the rapid development of market economy,the participation of urban construction activities increased gradually,and the distribution of benefits are more complex.Those factors result many unreasonable spatial form,"Urban Disease" like "Monotony" and "Strange" have become a hot topic.So how to build a harmonious and energetic urban space in this complex market economy environment becomes more and more important.Urban block as the spatial cell of the city,is the basic organizational unit of urban structure and life,and also the basic implementation carrier of urban design.At present,the construction of many cities lack of effective control of the form of the block,leading to chaotic urban form.Therefore,the paper takes the urban block form as the object,analyzes the internal mechanism in the market economic environment,explores the causes and inner contradictions of the urban problems,and points out that the essential reason of the block form problem is the imbalance in the game between the market mechanism and government management mechanism.What’s more,the paper puts forward the optimization strategy of urban design from several dimensions and successful experiences,aiming to coordinate the contradiction between the inner mechanism behind the block form,and improve the urban features and stimulate the city vitality.The paper expounds the connotation of urban block from the space level,professional level,economic level and social level,and points out that the shaping elements of the block form include the flat size of the block,the height of the vertical block and the building block in the three-dimensional space.It shows that the shaping principle of block shape includes functional principle,aesthetic principle,balance of interest principle and process control principle.The shaping environment of block form includes free competitive market economy environment and fair and just public intervention environment.Furthermore,combined with today’s market economy environment,the paper points out that the problem of block shape is not only a space to shape the problem,but also a multi-stakeholder game of economic issues.So,according to the different participators in the market economy,the paper discusses the internal mechanism behind the block form,including the market mechanism which represents the private interests and the government regulation mechanism which represents the public interests.By discussing the effect of the two mechanisms on the positive and negative aspects of the neighborhood construction,the paper illustrates the contradiction and complexity of the process of shaping the block form.Finally,from the perspective of the whole process of urban design,this paper puts forward three Coordination Strategies including design,implementation and development based on the contradiction between the two internal mechanisms,which aims to make the interests of the game into the interests of balance,the relationship of Efficiency and Fairness from the contradiction into a coordinated unity.Above all,the main purpose of the paper is trying to find a way in urban design level to build a reasonable block form with harmony of both external space and internal mechanism.
