| In the traditional electricity market,the power demand side is often passive and uncontrollable,and does not participate in assisting the power system balance.In recent years,the development of the smart home market,the promotion of communication systems,and the popularity of smart meters have made flexible loads with demand elasticity enter the public’s field of vision.It is gradually becoming possible for users to respond positively to market signals.Small and medium-sized users on the grid side provide huge demand response resources to assist in balancing the power system,which can change the way traditional power systems are planned,developed and operated.Therefore,this paper studies the market mechanism of flexible load participating in peaking auxiliary services,and has carried out the following work:The ability of the flexible load represented by electric vehicles,energy storage equipment and pumped storage to participate in peak shaving service is analyzed,which shows the superiority of pumped storage in participating in peak shaving services.This paper provides a basis for the study of the monopolistic analysis of pumped storage and energy storage in the peaking auxiliary service and the market mechanism of the flexible load represented by pumped storage.The flexible load participating in the peaking service of the power system increases the flexible source of the system and helps to improve the safe operation level of the system.However,in the market environment,it will bring a series of problems,among which the typical problem is the generation of monopoly power.This paper analyzes the flexible load relying on its position in the peaking market,the mechanism of seeking excess profits,and proposes a response.Indicators and quantitative evaluation methods.A pre-existing bidding model for power systems with flexible load aggregators was constructed.The model considers the internal load of flexible load aggregators,fluctuations in external competitors’ quotations and load changes.For flexible load aggregators,in the process of operation and development,the income is obtained as a basic goal,and actively participate in various market operation activities.The dispatching agency,under the condition of obtaining the quotation of the conventional unit power plant and different flexible load aggregators,conducts a comprehensive overall arrangement,scientifically and rationally allocates and utilizes various internal resources,so that the advantages of various internal resources can be fully exerted. |
