Along with the development of the Six degree of freedom turntable technology and the demand driven.Six degree of freedom motion turntable has been widely used in many kinds of training simulator,such as example,aviation simulator、ship simulator、helicopter landing simulator、special vehicle simulator、automobil driving simulator、train driving simulator and seismic activity simulator,etc.It is also used in the field of motion pictures and other entertainment.In this paper,the six degree of freedom turntable control system is studied,system modeling and analysis on six degrees of freedom turntable,and design the turntable control system.Firstly,expounds the composition and structure of six degrees of freedom turntable in detail,then the main technical indexes of turntable、the turntable control system、hydraulic system and the design scheme of mechanical system is proposed,and draw the structure diagram of each part.Secondly,combining with the characteristics of six degrees of freedom turntable,the position posture of solution and positive solution method is proposed.Analysis the six degree of freedom turntable;six degrees of freedom turntable system dynamics model is established by Newton-Euler method,and the turntable for the mechanical system block diagram is given.Thirdly,the hydraulic drive way is used to overcome the shortcoming of bigger turntable loader;In the process of system modeling,first give the mathematical model of the single drive branch,further deduces the whole block diagram of the hydraulic system,and then completed the turntable hydraulic system modeling.Finally,carry out the turntable control system design,and research on six degree of freedom turntable single cylinder control method,mathematics model is established;The PID control method is put forward and the single cylinder closed loop control system simulation and experiment is given.Combined with research work turntable,after the turntable design is completed,the test analysis is carried out.The experimental result demonstrates that the designed system meets the requirement. |
