It is critical to simulate a variety of sailing posture for a ship in response to intricate sea conditions in the ocean for the design and testing of a ship. Therefore, the study of the simulation turntable control system of the ship with three degrees of freedom is particularly important. The issue combines with research project, the purpose is to study and designs a analog swing turntable for a high-precision control system of the ship with three degrees of freedom to accurately simulate swing motion gesture of a ship sailing in the ocean.Firstly, based on a certain type of swing turntable with three degrees of freedom, the paper gives the two-tier architecture of simulation turntable control system of the ship with three degrees of freedom which is PC monitoring software(VC++) and embedded(DSP28335),and configuration of software and hardware, according to the proposed performance requirements. Hardware system is responsible for implementation of control algorithms and control command execution; Software system is responsible for sending control commands and receiving real-time feedback from swing turntable. Hardware and software systems are interrelated and achieve efficient control of the simulation swing turntable of the ship with three degrees of freedom together.Secondly, the paper performs an analysis and constructs a model on the swing platform control system of the ship with three degrees of freedom. The paper mainly constructs the model on the swing turntable of actuators-DC torque motor and analyzes the impact of nonlinear systems. Against the low-speed performance of the swing platform control system of the ship with three degrees of freedom, the paper details friction torque which has the greatest impact on turntable low-performance,analyzes and modelises the friction torque, and gets the complete simulation swing turntable control system of the ship with three degrees of freedom mathematical model.Then, the paper puts forward the fuzzy variable universe control method based on fuzzy reasoning of simulation of swing turntable of the ship with three degrees of freedom, and the stretching factor uses fuzzy reasoning model to replace the function model. According to the size of the input and output the paper changes the domain range of input and output variables of fuzzy controller, and designs variable universe fuzzy controller of simulation turntable with three degrees of freedom, analyzes and compares performance of the swing turntable in the PID control method, fuzzy PID control method and variable universe fuzzy control method.The simulation results show that the variable universe fuzzy control method based on fuzzy inference has better adaptive capability, faster response time and high steady-state accuracy.Finally, the paper makes the design and realization for simulation swing platform control system of the ship with three degrees of freedom, and debugs and tests the hardware and software. It completes the embedded hardware system based DSP28335, designs a complete set of simulation control and test software of the swing turntable of the ship with three degrees of freedom, which applied to the swing turntable positioning, ship postures motion simulation, file storage and other functions, with good engineering value.
