Two-degree-of-freedom gas-electric servo turntable is a kind of experimental instrument used in fixing projector array in laboratory, it can take performance test of some instruments under laboratory circumstance together with three-cylinder hydraulic turntable. The motion of gas-electric servo turntable is controlled by stepping motor and pneumatic. Based on analysis of the characteristics of stepping motor control system and pneumatic position servo system, and through research of control methods of the system in theory and practice, this paper respectively designs rolling and pitching movement control system, turntable two-degree-freedom motion realize. The following are the main points of this paper:The paper gives an introduction to turntable structure, analyzes turntable two-degree-of-freedom motion trail, and mainly discusses control system component and performance index. The turntable two-degree-of-freedom motion uses computer central control model and chooses different board to control stepping motor and pneumatic switch valve. The paper chooses PCI-1760 board to make control measurement output card for stepping motor control, moreover, designs variable speed control and step numerical control combination control strategy, increases stepping motor response speed and movement stability. In pneumatic servo system, on-off valve control cylinder mathematical model is deduced by single rod cylinder and on-off valve mathematical model. As the pneumatic system is high non-linear, the paper designs a fuzzy controller of this system and utilizes fuzzy logic to compensate non-linear factor of the system.With the help of visual programmable aids VC++6.0, the paper compiles control interface. According to designed control algorithm, control program is complied and turntable two-degree-freedom motion realize. Through a detailed analysis of experimental data, the article demonstrates control algorithm feasibility, discusses experimental phenomenon and related questions.
