Preliminary Study On Spatial Quantitative Analysis Of Regulatory Planning Based On Geo Design

Under the current urban planning process,GIS-based quantitative analysis technology has been favored by planning designers and has been widely used in practical planning projects.However,due to the current application of GIS in the planning of urban planning,due to the large difference between the operation mode of GIS software and other mapping software and the large amount of work in the basic data conversion process,GIS technology is in urban planning Most of the applications remain in the simple surface analysis,thematic mapping and other aspects,leading to quantitative planning has become a pre-or after the planning program to provide support for the tools,quantitative analysis of little effect.At the same time,the lack of comprehensive framework for quantitative analysis of the work,even if there are many quantitative analysis system for different topics,it is difficult to effectively integrate.This paper refers to the theory of Geo-Design(Geo-Design),and tries to provide a new concept for the application of GIS in urban planning.It is of great significance to the transformation of traditional GIS evaluation methods and design methods.Firstly,the spatial analysis techniques,spatial analysis methods and spatial analysis models of GIS in control detailed planning are studied.Secondly,based on the research on the existing geography design framework of urban and rural planning,this paper explores the urban planning of four stages and seven steps for the quantitative analysis technology flow of Huangfuchuan Industrial Park,using the relevant theories and methods of geography design.Quantify the analysis workflow.Finally,taking Huangfuchuan Industrial Park as an example,the quantitative analysis framework is proved and the key and difficult problems in the planning process are solved.From the stage of geography analysis,geography design stage,achievement stage,the use of analytic hierarchy process and GIS grid overlay method,the actual quantitative analysis and research of the planning project.The paper analyzes the logic and operation mode of quantitative analysis in the whole process of planning,and then can evaluate and adjust the plan quickly and improve the scientific and rationality of the planning according to the result of planning and quantification analysis feedback.To the purpose.It has some reference significance in the quantitative analysis of the controllable detailed planning of the mountain channel city.
