As the development trend of construction industry and the key way to promote construction energy saving,the development potential of factory-industrialized buildings is great.The establishment of construction energy consumption standard is an effective way to reduce energy consumption and improve energy efficiency.However,the procedures of industrial construction are different from that of traditional construction,so the applicability of traditional construction energy consumption control standard in the field of factory-industrialized buildings is limit.Under the background of big data,systematizing,intelligentizing and sharing the knowledge of energy consumption can improve control effiency and scientificity of energy consumption of factory-industrialized buildings.The construction energy consumption control standard of factory-industrialized buildings is studied and the knowledge ontology and case-based reasoning are introduced into energy consumption control of factory-industrialized buildings in this paper,which can provide reference and basis for energy consumption control of factory-industrialized buildings.The paper is based on the logic route of "the development of construction energy consumption control standard?the knowledge presentation and ontology establishment of construction energy consumption?the establishment of reasoning system for energy consumption control strategy" to carry out the research : the construction energy consumption projects of factory-industrialized buildings are divided through WBS method,encoding system is established,project characteristics description and construction machines analysis are done;the determation methods for machinery power,fuel consumption and the quantities of machine per team are analyzed,the abnormal data are removed by Gruss criteria and finally determine energy consumption standards.Through the classification of concept classes and levels and the determination of attribute relations and axioms,the knowledge of energy consumption and strategies for energy consumption control of factory-industrialized buildings are presented;the ontology of construction energy consumption of factory-industrialized buildings is set up in protégé 4.2 and the FaCT++ inference engine is used to check the consistency of the ontology and to adjust knowledge conflict.Strategies for the stages of production,transformation and construction are analyzed and the reasoning system of energy consumption control strategies is established;In the stage of case retrieval,the calculate method based on the similarity of distance is adopted for data attribute and the calculate method based on the similarity of concept of ontology is used for object attribute,the weights of different attributes are determined by ECDD technology;in the phrase of case reusing,the construction energy consumption control standard of factory-industrialized buildings is regarded as the basis for the output of control strategies and the reasoning system can be constantly improved through case adjustment and preservation.For providing the basis of energy consumption control of factory-industrialized buildings scientifically and rapidly,the paper puts forward the control methods and countermeasures of energy consumption of factory-industrialized buildings and the validity of which is proved by empirical analysis.The knowledge ontology and casebased reasoning are introduced into energy consumption control of factoryindustrialized buildings,which enrichs the theory of energy consumption control and provides a way for the information and intelligent development of energy consumption control of factory-industrialized buildings.
