Research On Maturity Evaluation Of Highway Project Management Based On The Theory Of Extension Set

Highway construction project reduces the cost of social transportation to ensure the speed of development of the national economy on the one hand.On the other hand,the investment of highway construction occupies a large proportion in the national economy that can provide power for the development of national economy and provide guarantee for the urbanization construction in China.Therefore,it is important to enhance the level of project management of highway engineering and ensure the effect and progress of highway construction.Based on the maturity theory of project management and the extension theory,this paper studies the maturity evaluation of highway project management.This paper firstly discusses the project management of highway engineering and makes a comparative analysis of the maturity model of project management.And this paper studies the theory of the extension set,which provides the theoretical basis for the research on the maturity evaluation of highway project management.Based on the above theoretical research,this paper constructs the maturity model based on the OPM3 model and the characteristics of highway engineering project management from the three dimensions of management process,management task and maturity level.On the basis of this,this paper decomposes the project management task and constructs the evaluation index system of project management maturity.Based on the AHP and entropy method,this paper puts forward the method of determining the weight of evaluation index.At the same time,by means of the theory of extension set this paper determines the method of maturity evaluation of highway project management.Finally,this paper takes the reconstruction project of South Ring Road Highway as an example to validate the model of maturity evaluation,determine the maturity level of this project and put forward improvement strategy of the project management maturity.This paper studies the maturity evaluation of highway project management,constructs the maturity model of highway project management,puts forward the method of maturity evaluation of project management which provides the theoretical basis for improving the project management ability of construction enterprise.
