The dynamic star simulator is an important instrument and equipment for ground simulation experiment and function verification of star sensor on-orbit attitude measurement component star sensor.With the development of star sensor,the accuracy and performance requirements of the dynamic star simulator are higher and higher,and the quality of the optical system determines the precision of the dynamic star simulator.In order to meet the technical requirements of large-field high-precision dynamic star simulator,in this paper,an optical system based on silicon-based liquid crystal(LCOS)splicing technology for large field of view high precision dynamic star simulator is studied,it is of great significance to improve the accuracy of the dynamic star simulator and the research of the star sensor.In this paper,combined with large-field high-precision dynamic star simulator optical system technical indicators,LCOS is chosen as the star map display device of the large-field high-precision dynamic star simulator,through the LCOS optical splicing technology,which satisfies the design requirements of large field of view of the effective optical field of the dynamic star simulator,solves the problem of high accuracy of dynamic star simulator 4K resolution.The selection of LCOS and the working principle of backlight and polarizing prism are introduced in detail,and the working principle of LCOS and optical splicing method were studied in detail,according to LCOS technical parameters and dynamic star simulator optical system technical indicators,a collimation transmission optical system with large field of view,high precision,small distortion and exit pupil is designed,to realize the accurate simulation of wide field of view and high precision dynamic star simulator of star,and the image quality optimization,structural planning and tolerance analysis of the designed large-field high-precision dynamic star simulator optical system are carried out.The design results show that,under the condition of effective field ??22,single-field field of view angle <20 ",The maximum relative distortion of the system ?0.0683%,the geometric energy concentration is greater than 80% in the 3.7?m pixel size,MTF at 140 lp / mm greater than 0.44,spherical aberration and chromatic aberration are well corrected,meet the technical index of the optical system.
