Star sensor is a very important component of satellite control system for attitude determination. Static star simulator is one of the equipment on the ground to test and calibration for star sensor, star simulator is a device for simulation of the night sky on the ground, which can directly affect the attitude accuracy of the satellite in orbit. The high-precision static star simulator studied in the paper is the imitation of observation effect under real night sky in laboratory, which can help completing the prescribed test for star sensor smoothly.The paper introduced the composition and working principle of the high-precision static star simulator,and according to the use requirements of the high-precision static star,it completed that the optical system design and star board design,which is combined with the technical index.It used the Zemax software to design the optical system of the focal length for190mm,field for6°×6°,effective aperture for Φ20mm,central wavelength of650mm,distortion is less than0.01%,and applied for the monte carlo method to the tolerance analysis of the optical system. Finally it used for optical theodolite measurement to the star point position and star angular distance of the high-precision static star,and showed that the design of the high precision static star simulator every technical indicator of products reach the design requirements,and the static star simulator had small volume,light weight,high accuracy,stability is good wait for a characteristic.
