The single star simulator of large-field-view is studied in this paper,which can simulate the real star map in the laboratory.The simulated deep space map can be used to perform function tests such as star identification and star tracking,with the help of a star sensors of large-field-view.The general design scheme of single star simulator of large-field-view is proposed,according to the operating principles and working methods of star sensor of large-field-view.The main technical indicators of single star simulator of large-field-view is determined,combining with the actual use of star sensor.This paper details the principle and process of star identification technology,compares the advantages and disadvantages of triangle recognition algorithm and corner matching algorithm.Based on the geometric aberration theory,according to the technical indicators required by the star simulator,a collimation optical system with high imaging quality,distortion of less than 0.03% and a large-field-view of 20° is designed in combination with ZEMAX software.A method for calculating the coordinates of the star-point plate is proposed,according to the distortion evaluation result,which solves the problem of distortion correction.Array LEDs as the light source,and the diffuser screen as a uniform light system,perform high and low temperature experiments on the light source to verify that the light source meets the requirements of the system for light source stability of less than ±5%.The actual angular distance test is carried out for the single star simulator of large-field-view,the test results meet the technical requirements of single star simulator of large-field-view.The angular distance between any two stars is less than 20?,and the single angle is 30?(central star)and 25?(other star).
