Research On Planning Of Medium And Low Voltge Distribution Networks In Zhaoqing

In recent years,our national economy has witnessed a sustained and rapid development.Guangdong Province actively implements the revitalization of development policy of the eastern Guangdong region.Four channels opening up Guangdong-the South Guangdong Railway,Guangfozhao Light Rail,Guangdong and Guangxi High-speed Train,Guangfozhao Highway-have opened on after another.The construction of four major development platforms-Zhaoqing High-tech Zone,Zhaoqing New Area,Guangfozhao(Huaiji)Economic Cooperation Zone and Guangdong and Guangxi Cooperation Special Test Area(Fengkai)-will result in a more robust electricity demand for the economic and social development of Zhaoqing area.Currently affected by the constraints of the power grid structure and equipment power supply capacity,there may be supply and demand contradictions temporaliry and reginally.Especially the low-voltage distribution network for end-users,its power supply network ring rate is low;the line radius is long,and the heavy overload and equipment remains old.All of these have become the biggest obstacle to improve the reliability of power supply,which lags behind the situation of economic and social development and is of urgent need to address.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the planning and research on the low and medium voltage distribution network,and strive to build a distribution network that is with reasonable structure,advanced equipment,high reliability,and high power quality.Such network can better serve the social and economic development of Zhaoqing.Based on the actual situation and historical data of Zhaoqing City,this paper makes a reasonable load forecast and provides guideline,basic ideas,planning principles and objectives,recommends a contruction and optimization plan,thus providing the basis for construction,transformation and optimization of the medium and low voltage distribution network of Zhaoqing in the future.Planning will further improve the Zhaoqing low-voltage distribution network to meet the city's construction and economic development needs,making it a highly reliable and cost-effective modern power grid.This paper fully investigates and analyzes the current reseaches of distribution network planning at home and abroad,with consideration of the actual situation of Zhaoqing.Through scientific calculation and analysis,the final planning is revised and finnalized with the guidance from various professors,as well as insight from many experts of distribution network planning and experienced operation technicians.It achieves the objective of using first-class technology to plan first-class power grid and demonstrates the scientific and forward-thinking planning.
