In order to ensure the safe and economic operation of the distribution network,the target grid and construction time series of the distribution network should be scientifically researched.On the basis of ensuring reliable power supply,the coordination of various factors in the development process of the grid should be sought.The construction of the target grid of urban and central towns with simple structure,flexible transformation,reliable and efficient dispatch,simple operation and maintenance,and convenient marketing management was studied and show the research on optimization design of overhead grid of medium voltage power distribution has certain theoretical research significance and engineering application value.First,the current situation and existing problems of the medium voltage distribution network were analyzed.The key points such as load rate,outlet interval and power grid structure were compared.It was found that the substation has the problem of high main load and heavy load rate and fewer remaining intervals of the outgoing line.The number of segments of the medium voltage line network was unreasonable,invalid contact,low contact rate,and large racking capacity.Secondly,the optimization principle of medium voltage distribution network grid was discussed,the target grid of the main urban area and the central market town were classified and analyzed.In order to ensure the effective transition of the power grid to all stages of load development,a medium-voltage grid structure and transition plan suitable for regional development was proposed.Then the medium-voltage overhead grid model of the general central town was established,and five kinds of contact structures with their respective characteristics were proposed.At the same time,the grid construction plan were given.Based on the optimized grid,a method for the evolution of medium-voltage overhead target grids for different periods in cities and central towns was formed in the paper.And put forward the following three wiring modes such as: "graftable","separable" and "connectable" to ensure the effective transition of the grid during the germination period-growth period-saturation period of the power grid;some types of grid structure like "mouth type" and "fan blade" were proposed as well to meet the load power supply requirements of the central towns at all stages,and ensure a reasonable transition of the regional grid.Finally,combined with the research project of the thesis,the feasibility and generalization of the network of the medium-voltage distribution network in the central city and the science and education park were analyzed,and the feasibility and superiority of the evolution method of the grid were summarized.Economic benefits of engineering research were described at last.
