Research On The Application Of ERP Information System In Qinhuangdao Thermal Corporation

Under the new situation of economic globalization and management information,Chinese enterprises are facing unprecedented development opportunities and increased competition.In order to survive and develop in the fierce market competition,it is necessary to establish an efficient and dynamic enterprise management information system.Heating enterprises as an important part of urban modernization function,is one of the city's public infrastructure,is one of the city public infrastructure,and has dual identity utilities and enterprises,and in reform,technological progress and equipment updating stage,ERP system in the implementation of the heating enterprises is an effective way to complete the reform.Based on the heating company for the study of Qinhuangdao,a study on process management of ERP implementation,on the analysis of its application process,designed a heating company,Qinhuangdao ERP implementation.First of all,introduce the application of ERP system in Qinhuangdao thermal company research significance and background,as well as ERP systems research at home and abroad,describes the Institute deals with theories laid the theoretical foundation for this study.Secondly,we make ERP system demand analysis in Qinhuangdao thermal company,mainly from the business information sector organization structure,information technology present situation and problem analysis of company information,based on the company's ERP system research and analysis and demand analysis of discussions,prepare for the design and implementation of ERP system.Thirdly,analysis of the design and implementation of ERP system plan for Qinhuangdao Thermodynamic Corporation,this paper puts forward the overall planning and design of ERP system,including guiding ideology,organization structure and energy-sharing design,based on the three phases,the implementation of ERP system of thermodynamic Corporation and the evaluation of ERP system project are proposed,and the implementation capacity and improvement of ERP system are evaluated.Finally,analyzed from three perspectives: the implementation of an ERP system plan safeguards,supervision mechanism of protection,and appropriate for ERP system,put forward the corresponding measures to facilitate the implementation of ERP system.
