The hazard analysis is significant for the effective prevention of runway incursion.But the hazard identification and analysis of runway incursion are mostly carried out in a brainstorming manner,so the level of automation is not very high.In order to improve the normative and automatic level of hazard analysis,meanwhile,avoid excessively using of natural language,an analysis method based on HAZOP and ontology technology is proposed.Use the business process tool BPMN(Business Process Modeling Notation)and ontology reasoning technology to carry out the hazard identification of runway incursion.Apply the BPMN to create the business process modeling of runway incursion scenario and then HAZOP(hazard and operability analysis)is used to analyze the runway incursion scenario.Meanwhile,an HAZOP node analysis ontology is created which used for deviation identification.With constructing the TBOX description logical relationship between concepts realize the concept reasoning.Qualitative and quantitative analysis of runway incursion hazard factors was carried out.Analyze the hazard occurrence process and create a runway incursion fault tree according to the hazard identification result of HAZOP analysis.The qualitative and quantitative analysis of the hazard factors of runway incursion was carried out in which use the analytic hierarchy process to determine the weight of the basic event,and then get the basic event probability.Design a runway incursion risk analysis ontology.It is combining the theory of fault tree analysis and the theory of runway incursion risk assessment,which includes two top-level classes of fault tree and risk analysis.Then we construct a computer-reused common runway incursion risk analysis ontology which used the ontology reusability,knowledge acquisition,formal description and reasoning ability to realize the risk analysis of runway incursion,and provide the fact foundation for the next step to realize the ontology reasoning operation.The result shows that this method can identify the hazard generated by complex interactive behavior in the system with the support of formal logic reasoning,which is a more effective method than traditional hazard analysis.
