With the rapid development of China's civil aviation,runway insecurity incidents caused by runway incursions occurred occasionally,seriously affecting the operation safety of airports.Automatic Dependent Surveillance-Broadcast(ADS-B)technology is an important monitoring tool in the future.It has the advantages of high precision,fast update rate,low cost,more comprehensive data information and etc.The runway incursion collision can be effectively detected by using the precise position information of the aircraft provided by ADS-B.Firstly,the original message obtained from the SBS-3 ADS-B receiver,is parsed and stored in the database.The airport scenes ADS-B data quality is analyzed,and founded for runway incursion conflict detection and alarm.Secondly,the model of the runway protection area is established according to the definition of runway incursion,the virtual conflict scene is simulated,and the runway incursion conflict detection and alarm algorithm is designed.The alarm mechanism is divided into two levels.The real-time position of the moving target is obtained through the information reported by ADS-B,according to the positional relationship between the moving target and the runway protection area to determine whether a runway incursion occurs,an incursion alarm is generated.Conflict alarm is generated according to the relative motion state,the spatial distance,and the encounter time between the moving targets to determine whether a runway conflict occurs.Finally,based on the U-GIS three-dimensional geographic information system,the ADS-B-based runway incursion collision detection and alarm system simulation platform is implemented.The system consists of basic data management,simulation flight,collision detection,real-time monitoring and etc.functions.Through the conflict scenario construction and system verification,the results show that the runway intrusion and conflict can be detected effectively,and conflict alarms are generated,provids controllers with sufficient time to handle the risks.
