This thesis mainly introduced a set of IC-engine combustion test and analysis system which is self-developed. It is designed by making use of the data acquisition equipment, basing on NI Company's Virtual Instrument exploiting platform LabVIEW 8. 2, combining laboratorial sensor and internal combustion engine hardware.Firstly, The thesis presented the project's significance and general structure; And then, introduced the concrete process for each part of the system (including various data acquisition, real time and off-line combustion analysis, instantaneous rotation rate test, data saving and post-process etc.), and narrated combustion test and analysis detailedly; and finally, the related experiment results made by this system are also introduced..The main contents of this research include: using high-performance data acquiring equipment to form the system's hardware platform combining with personal computer; making a review of testing and analysis of internal-combustion engine work course at home and abroad, and choosing proper calculation analysis model; Adopting NI company's software exploiting platform LabVIEW 8. 2 combined with the corresponding driver program to develop high efficient testing and analysis software; perfecting the software, making it has some performances such as high efficient, speedy , accurate, economical, convenient, inherit etc.. The systematic characteristics are: supporting synchrony dynamic data acquirement for 1-4 channels, the maximum rate of data acquiring could reach 30 Ms/s; supporting more than 30 channels steady data acquirement; having high-efficient combustion analysis and instantaneous rotation rate analysis functions; having the universally functions of saving data and post-processing .The testing results show that this system has higher accuracy and economy and better operability.
