Road freight occupies an important position in China’s logistics transport industry.But,there are some problems like low road freight efficiency,high cost and so on.The main cause of these problems is the idle vehicle and empty transport.In recent years,The development of information technology promotes the logistics information platform’s emergence in China,which can really improve the problem of vehicle source and cargo matching to a certain extent.However,the problem of logistics Information heterogeneity caused by information management diversification makes information sharing efficiency not high.Besides,most current logistics information platforms are based on the keyword search,whose information matching efficiency are low.Therefore,the problem of solving information matching to improve resource utilization is concerned both in academic and business circles.This paper mainly aims to study the problem of road freight information matching,the main work is as follows:First,according to the review of the status quo of logistics information matching,this paper sums up that a wide variety of logistics information platforms have been established in China and that most studies are about platform model,lack of semantic research.Using these basic theories,conceptual semantics,ontology theory,ontology building tools and these principles and methods semantic ontology based on,ontology is applied to logistics information matching.Second,referring to the ontology principles,this paper designs ontology principles,methods and processes,which are applicable to the vehicle transportation field,builds part of logistics ontology and carries out actual ontology with protégé4.3.The specific processes are given and the ontology’s evaluation and storage are briefly described.Moreover,the ontology description model of vehicle transportation field is introduced.Third,the matching processes and specific structure of logistics information platform are analyzed.Combined with the existing research,an information matching algorithm is presented,which is fit for the current logistics platform.The theoretical knowledge of logistics information matching based on ontology with Jena is explained.Furthermore,this paper adds instances to the ontology of vehicle transportation field,and builds inference rules.Finally,to verify the availability of the information matching system,two examples are designed.And,this paper extracts 20 vehicle and 20 cargo information from the actual logistics platform,lists two application cases,and does the experiment in three matching ways to get their recall and precision.Finally,the result proves that the information matching method based on ontology this paper proposed has been verified to some extent and has practical application value.
