Research On Design Of Regional Parking Guidance Signs And Model Of Locations

With the booming amount of rapid cars in our country,the parking problem in cities is getting harder and harder.How to create resources in limited parking space and how to balance the increasing parking demand in modern cities has became a tough issue confronting us now in municipal traffic.Reasonable parking guidance,to some extent,will mitigate the conflicts between parking demand and supply by increasing the parking efficiency and shortening unnecessary detour.Parking Guidance Information System is the important portion and the anterior direction of ITS,it can guide the activities of supply and demand of parking spaces,increase the effectiveness of parking options and parking management,and bring considerable social benefits for the sustainable development of cities.Firstly,to further understand the basic meaning of parking guidance system,the management structure of regional parking guidance,basic function of parking guidance and classification markings of parking guidance,this paper analysis the function of Parking Guidance Information system and research the hierarchical model.Secondly,predict regional parking demand,using static traffic incidence model method to forecast parking demand berth of each traffic district at present and planning year;in addition,using traffic volume parking demand model method to predict parking demand of each traffic district in planning year;then verifying the accuracy of parking demand in the planning year forecasted by the two above-mentioned models after the data contrast analysis test.Furthermore,grading designs to the regional parking guide signs and determines the program design of three-level determines the program design of three-level guide signs.At the bases of above,establishes guide signs location model,whose optimized objective function is maximizing information of parking guidance system.Finally determine the final result by using the genetic algorithm to solve the model and the number of parking signs and parking lots,each parking lot guided once at least as the constraint conditions,cyclic substitution into many times;and setting the design of CBD core parking guide signs in some one city as an example to analyze layout planning of system signs of parking guidance system and verify the feasibility of this model.Therefore some problems about parking difficulties in the core function area in city can be effectively solved.To a certain extent,this paper enriches the system theory on the area of parking guidance.
