Recently, with the development of our economy and the incessant increase of our standard of living, the quantities of the city car are rapidly increased.Because a lot of cities of our country did not treat the static traffic as the same role of the dynamic traffic, due to the phenomenon of pay attention to moving and be unaware of parking is ubiquity and the sudden increase of cars, road burthen is aggravate, supply and demand of parking is unbalance, traffic contradiction is stand out daily.Our cities are already face a good many of problems result from motor vehicles, such as road tension, traffic jam, parking difficulty, noise and exhaust gas pollution, and so on.How to resolve these problems, we insist that we should make logical plan to parking lot which is the major factor of static traffic.This paper combines program study background and characteristics and experiences of overseas parking programs to find out actual parking location model and analyze merits and disadvantages.In according to these, we introduce grads field and analyze its characteristics, establish new location model and find out arithmetic.In example, we make a parking program for New Coastal area.we introduce actuality and problems of parking establishment of New Coastal area and parking demand forecasting. In according to characteristics of New Coastal area, it studies systemic parking lot location.The more importance is to apply the new parking location model in New Coastal area.
