Faced with the dual pressures of the deteriorating global economic development and the environment,the need to improve the efficient use of energy and energy conservation,energy distribution for the global power generation market survey,the share of thermal power generating units accounted for 80%,as the world’s main generating sets,how to achieve fuel efficient use of coal units to meet the power needs of the market,has become the most important issue scheduling of power system,at the same time,power generation companies must maximize the reduction of production costs in order to survive and develop in the fierce competition.Economic load allocation is economic power plant,a very important job safe operation,which aims to open down after a given period of operation of a program,based on a combination of the unit to meet the power system operating constraint on the rational allocation of each unit load so that the cost of electricity,pollution and other targets as small as possible.Firstly,the coal consumption of the unit.On the characteristic curves,we proposed a statistical method,considering the impact of historical data and current data on the characteristics of the coal consumption,the actual situation of the curve more realistic reflection of the unit.On this basis,The establishment of a mathematical model of economic load allocation.Then using genetic algorithms to solve economic load problems.To solve this problem,an improved genetic algorithm,respectively,from the genetic parameters and genetic operators point of view of conventional genetic algorithm is improved.Finally,the simulation experiment to test the efficiency of the search and global search ability of genetic algorithm improved later.Currently widely voted for the construction of large-capacity thermal power units in order to maximize the reduction of the cost of electricity power plants as the goal,to study the plant-level economic load distribution.Adoption of the final simulation analysis to verify the efficiency of the improved genetic algorithm,its application to achieve optimal combination power plant unit has an important role.
