Economic Load Dispatch Of Power Plant Based On Chaotic Optimization

The urgent task for a power plant is to improve its economy and reduce its costs under the situation of competitive power market. So it is very important to bring loading dispatch into effect, improve the running efficiency, reduce the producing cost. Based on the Summary to a lot of literature in our and foreign countries, this thesis summarizes the studies for the load dispatch. The Chaotic neural network model can be used to solve many multi-dimensioned, discrete, non-convex, nonlinear constrained optimization problems. The Chaotic neural network model based on the simulated annealing is applied to solve the ELD problem, simulation result of the example shows that the model for the ELD problem is versatile and efficient.
