In recent years,with the rapid development of high-speed rail and private cars,long-distance road passenger transport industry is facing unprecedented pressure and challenges.In the pattern of change and fierce competition,the decline in business environment,how to reduce the fleet operating costs has become the focus of passenger Transport Company.Used to further optimize the performance of the tire,help users to continuously improve operational efficiency in ensuring the safety of the premise,strengthen the comprehensive competitiveness of the enterprises to focus on the development direction of the tire.Therefore,the use of public passenger tire comfort,safety and durability have very high demand,so it is necessary to study its production efficiency and performance.The main work of this paper is as follows:(1)Based on the process,analysis process and the performance of the tire.This paper focuses on the analysis of the vulcanization of tire,according to the principle and glue of vulcanization vulcanizing elements analysis vulcanization of various process parameters and curing medium,Detected by thermocouple test data and the detection curve,according to the characteristics of different material of the glue temperature,and different parts,vulcanized heating speed principle,optimize law of curing process parameters,and also using bubble test method to ensure the validity and rationality of the thermocouple data.Optimize the process parameters according to the experimental results,not only improve the production efficiency,but also contribute to the long-term energy conservation.(2)On the basis of known technology,consider account the continuity of the process under different conditions,based on the theory of Fourier function and vector analysis method,through the knowledge of the harmonic,the use of software to analyze and for the unifonnity of a tire to make analysis,which the two parameters as a key:(a)Analysis of radial force variation(VRCC)of tireBased on the Fourier function method and the vector theory analysis,the radial force variation(VRCC)1-16 harmonic of the tire was decomposed and analyzed,and the corresponding curves and main influencing factors were obtained,The process factors affecting tire VRCC were analyzed at the same time,influence on the harmonic analysis of experimental design the largest,with a large number of data and software analysis,verify the corresponding influencing factors.(b)Analysis of tire conicity(CONY)Consider about the impact of tire conicity on the safety and comfort of driving,by analyzing the effect of the conicity(CONY),based on the integrity of the process,through the decomposition process as a separate process conditions,by the globe test method to get the experimental data and using vector calculation method to calculate the each process of the effect of conicity(CONY).Using the numerical and results in the process and optimized by experiments and to help in improve conicity effect of tire.The paper is to optimize the curing process of tire and comprehensive experimental analysis,also based on process optimization of the uniformity,has made the beneficial help for the improvement of enterprise production technology of tire and tire performance,and at the same time,improve the competitiveness of enterprises.
