With the aging time arriving in our country,the elderly population increase in the entire social group.The elderly should not be ignored a huge consumer groups,their consumption level and ability to purchase a considerable potential. But compared with the speed of population aging,the elderly product development is relatively lagging behind.At present,the old products arket mainly elderly health care products and health care products. For the elderly design of entertainment products,communication products,the types of old toys are relatively few.With the rapid development of information society,makes the mobile communication products become the main way of communication,more and more old people began to use mobile communication products to communicate with their children.The old special physiological and psychological characteristics,make them to the design of communication products have special requirements.How to use the design of communication products meet the needs of the elderly life and emotion is the main research content of this article.In this paper,based on the research of the existing old communications product design,combining with the analysis of the characteristics of the elderly.Chose to analyze research method is suitable for the elderly, summed up the old people to the design of communication product demand point.Human product and environment at the same time,from the three interrelated perspective,the older population is classified and summarized that target older users demand for the use of communication products.Finally make full use of the research analysis to guide the elderly communication product design practice.According to the use of older users needs to find the solution to meet the demand.The innovation of this paper is that:Through the combination of multimodal interaction and perception design,reduce the wrong operation of communications products in the elderly.Design "multi-channel" emotional communication mode,friendly operation experience for the elderly.
