Und(?)influence of traditional views of social development and the control of old technical innovation value appraisal system,technological innovation subject in our country goes after economic benefits or news sensationalism which results some non-ecological problems during bridges construction:First one is that designers increase the bridge span or other design parameters purposely to pursue an indicator of "first" in bridge construction which causes a large number of raw engineering materials,construction machine-team and manpower waste,and it accordingly increases the environment's bearing capacity and causes ecological damages;Secondly,to pursue the form of bridge,designers adopt the bridge models which are not in accordance with the conditions of geological and their foundations'and cause the construction costs and ecological costs increased significantly;Thirdly,pursuing new construction methods purposely cause costs increase,ecological damage and environmental pollution problems.Therefore,we should not only need to update the traditional concepts of social development,but also need to abandon the backward evaluation system of technological innovation.It's imperative that using Scientific Outlook on Development to guide technology innovation of bridge in China.Views of scientific development provide the value orientation and intrinsic intelligent supports.Scientific Outlook on Development emphasizes sustainable development,emphasizes the harmonious development of man and nature,establish the people-oriented principle,which shows the connotation of ecological philosophy.Taking the Scientific Outlook on Development's essential requirements as reference,and combining with the practice of technology innovation of bridge in our country can reveal the reasons for the formation of the "non ecological" phenomenon in our country's bridge technology innovation:Firstly,it does not pay much attention to cultivate the ecological concepts of the technical innovation of bridge;Secondly,the division of responsibilities of traditional bridge ecological technology innovation is not clear;Thirdly,the ecological supervision mechanism of traditional bridge technology innovation is inadequate;The last thing is that,the ecological evaluation system of traditional bridge technology innovation is not perfect.Based on the reasons of the non-ecological technological innovation in China we discussed above,we can construct the basic principles it should follow:ecological principle,comprehensive principle,life cycle assessment principle,the principle of sustainability.In addition,we can accordingly construct some ecological approaches to realize the technical innovation of bridge:The first one is the soft path which includes to cultivate ecological innovation concept of bridge technology,to undertake the ecological responsibilities and to supervise.the public opinions and so on;The second one is hard path,which comprises the establishment of bridge technology innovation ecological policy,system and law and so on.
