| The demonstration village of scientific development is a good example to produce the process of new rural construction. To construct the demonstration village is an important innovation in the mode of agricultural development, which will be conducive to the development of efficient ecological agriculture, promoting agricultural efficiency and increasing farmers’ income; Construction of demonstration village of scientific development is conducive to improving the overall quality of farmers and cultivating modern agricultural entrepreneur, then guide the farmers to find new development.The government of Zhejiang province paid more attention to develop the demonstration village of scientific development. This paper investigated the character of economy development, social construction, folk custom of the mountain area of Zhejiang province, then took the example of Changlian county of Suichang in Zhejiang province. The results were following:(1) After analyzing the domestic and foreign new rural research and development, the worth of the new rural construction experience was summarized. Then the problems of new rural construction were analyzed, and the corresponding measures of how to solve these problems were put forward.(2) This study focused on natural, social, economic conditions of Changlian county, then analyzed the economy an industry, social undertakings, and summed up the building measures.(3) By the existing landscape survey of Fotang town, the author summed up how to choose the garden plants of the entire town and how to configure communities. On this basis, the landscape development advantages and motion of Fotang town were analyzed, as well as the main problems during the construction, Suggestions and measures on landscape construction in similar central towns were proposed in the future. |
