Research On The Management Issues Of Urban Architectural Heritage

With the importance of the city culture realized by people,architectural heritage as an important part of city culture,its protection and utilization are concerned by more and more people.However,some outstanding architectural heritage cannot be well protected,causing irreversible damage to some of the architectural heritage.It is strongly related to incompletely carrying out the opinion of the urban planning concept in the protection of architectural heritage and the implementation which is not in place.The phenomenon which is contrary to the original intention of urban planning and irresponsibly implementing of the planning is currently the huge problem on building heritage protection.Architectural heritage is the foundation of a city.The city without the architectural heritage is weak.We should not only see the expansion of the city and economic development of the city,ignoring the architectural heritage protection of the city.The city should learn to combine the architectural heritage to city development to enhance the overall image of the city with the architectural heritage and to explore the best way of city’s sustainable development.And urban planning is an effective method for the integration of urban architectural heritage and development.In the nowadays existing city planning,the architectural heritage protections are often used in the absolute protection way,which mostly remains in the control level,delineation of the scope of protection for their protection.Architectural heritage is often shelved,and not forming the good interaction and communication between the city and the public.There is no difference between the protection idea of isolating the architectural heritage and the taste of collecting antique.The author tries to use the method of literature research,comparative analysis and case study to summarize the basic theories of the architectural heritage protection and management both at home and abroad,and taking Wenzhou city as an example.Problems and causes of Wenzhou’s heritage.And provide some protection suggestions of architectural heritage for both Wenzhou and other cities from the aspects of the changes of planning and management ideas,the summary of planning and management system and the new ideas of planning and management methods.The study shows that Lucheng District building heritage protection which in Wenzhou,has made some achievements,but there are still some problems such as lack of awareness of the protection of architectural heritage,lack of protection policy,lack of planning implementation,and so on.This study proposes to change the planning management concept,establish local laws and regulations,streamline the planning management system,create the planning management method and broaden the multiple participation channels.
