| Urban are the gathering places of cultural heritage,which are rich in types,complex in distribution and interrelated.The rapid development of urban has brought great challenges to the protection of cultural heritage.Architectural heritage is the most important form of heritage in cities.In the research and protection practice,there are still some problems,such as insufficient space-time background research and imperfect heritage value system,which affect the authenticity,integrity,readability and sustainability of architectural heritage.Therefore,urban space-time,closely related to architectural heritage,is a necessary perspective to fully understand the value of architectural heritage.Hankow is at the center of national water and land transportation.Before 1861,Hankow was outstanding in terms of Commerce and urban form,known as one of the four famous towns.From 1861 to 1949,Hankow’s foreign trade developed rapidly,and its urban construction progressed rapidly.It was known as "Oriental Chicago".Hankow’s urban space fully embodies the conflict and integration of China and the west,tradition and modern times.Generally speaking,as one of the most important cities in modern China,Hankou is quite representative in urban form,economy,society and other aspects.At present,many urban spaces and historical buildings were formed in modern times.It is of great theoretical and practical significance to study architectural heritage and recognize its value from the perspective of urban space in modern Hankow.The introduction part of the article mainly introduces the origin of the research,combs the relevant concepts,combs the protection and research of architectural heritage,defines the space-time and main problems,and introduces the main methods and materials of the article.The main research method of this paper is to establish the Modern Historical Geographic Information System of Hankow based on Arcgis,to restore the space-time of modern Hankow,and to analyze and discuss it with the field investigation of architectural heritage.The article materials mainly include historical maps,historical notes,newspapers and field investigation materials of architectural heritage sites.The first chapter combs the development of modern Hankow urban space according to the city boundary and development stage,discusses the evolution process of Hankow street system,provides the overall space-time framework for the discussion below.The article divides the architectural heritage into public,industrial and commercial,residential,leisure and belief categories according to its functions,and discusses them in Chapters 2 to 6 respectively.In the discussion of each chapter,based on the distribution of the corresponding building points and literature,the paper combs all kinds of spaces and establishes a space-time framework.Then it combines the survey data and the space-time framework to analyze the status quo of architectural heritage,explains the individual cultural value,group retention and group value of architectural heritage,and on this basis,summarizes the overall connotation and characteristics of the city.The seventh chapter takes the French Concession as an example,makes a more detailed and comprehensive restoration and analysis of urban historical space-time on the scale of blocks,and expounds the value of this restoration and analysis to the research and protection of architectural heritage.The eighth chapter is the summary of the whole paper.On the basis of the whole paper,it explains the whole connotation of modern Hankow from three aspects: Collage in form,transformation in economy and integration in culture.Combined with the current situation and full-text analysis of Hankow historical city and architectural heritage protection,this paper combs the research methods of urban architectural heritage,makes clear the key points and puts forward suggestions for the protection of architectural heritage.This paper systematically analyses the current problems in the study of urban architectural heritage,and puts forward the idea of restoring historical space-time and studying architectural heritage in the context of space-time,which has grasped a core issue of urban architectural heritage research.On the basis of systematically sorting out all kinds of documents and investigation materials,Hankow Modern History Geographic Information System has been innovatively constructed,which greatly improves the degree of information integration and the depth of heritage analysis and research.Hankow Architectural Heritage is systematically investigated and sorted out,which deepens the understanding of the individual value of the heritage and innovatively combs out the retention and group value of a series of architectural groups.This paper promotes the study of modern Hankow urban culture,from the perspective of urban space and historical architecture,this paper reconstructs the modern urban history of Hankow.Combined with the contrast between cities,it concludes the overall characteristics of modern Hankow in terms of urban form collage,economic transformation and cultural integration,as well as its outstanding characteristics in the fields of political management,industrial and commercial economy,daily life and spiritual belief.This paper constructs a research method system of urban architectural heritage and puts forward specific suggestions for the protection of architectural heritage.Through the establishment of time and space background system,the study and interpretation of the value of architectural heritage,and the refinement of urban cultural connotation,a set of systematic understanding of the value connotation and mutual relationship of architectural heritage will be formed,and finally the direction and key points in the protection of the overall pattern of the City,the surrounding environment of architectural heritage,and the construction of heritage monomer will be defined.This research method can be applied to other historical cities in terms of data and technology.It provides an integrated implementation scheme for the holistic,multidisciplinary and diachronic research advocated in the field of heritage research.Integrity and authenticity are the basic principles of cultural heritage protection,and their connotations are constantly enriched with the promotion of protection practice.The historical space-time and evolution,Heritage related cultural context and connection that this paper focuses on are the indispensable and relatively elusive parts of the latest concepts of integrity and authenticity.The classification and summary of the full text will also lay the foundation for the relevant theoretical discussion. |
