Research On The Project Management Of Green Road Garden In Xi’an

Landscape is an important infrastructure of a city,but also is an important part of ecological environment system of the city.Under the background of the expanding scale of the city,landscaping plays an important role in the improving of the ecological environment of the city.Landscape greening has a direct impact on the urban living environment and the sense of happiness.Xi’an is the capital of the world’s four largest ancient civilization,and is the most important regional center in northwest of China,and also is an important city node of Belt and Road Initiative.The construction of landscaping in Xi’an not only can provide a good living environment for the people of Xi’an,but also can show the contemporary style of ancient capital to the world.However,in the construction of urban greening,a variety of problems emerge in endlessly,especially the extensive management in the process of the project,which has a negative impact on the efficiency and effectiveness of greening.From the project progress management,quality management,cost management,combined with the related management theory and methods of research,this paper elaborates on the process and contents of the project management of Weibin South Road greening project.This paper finds out the problems of design,communication,operation and supervision in the process of engineering management,and analyzes the causes of the problem,and then put forward four Suggestions.These four recommendations include: government departments to overall arrangement of urban greening management,engineering design to establish on the basis of the engineering survey,engineering supervision to grab from details,improve the professional quality of greening construction team.This paper is a summary and sublimation of the experience of years of practice,and it has some reference value and reference value for the related garden greening projects.
