Research Of Quality Control System For Construction Project Management Of QL Community

Construction project management industry of our country has been developing faster and greater since system of construction project management was intorduced into China in 1988.By means of service of construction project management,professional level in investment dicisions,process control and project management has been improved extraordinarily.Construction project management plays a positive role in economic growth,social development and people's living stardands.As one of three control targets,quality control occupies a core position in present work.From the perspective of the supervisor of project management,as a example of Harbin QL community project,this thesis carries out a detailed study about the quality control system of project management,strives to help community project improve the ability of quality management and the level of control control,and promotes a faciliating development for project management industry.First,the thesis introduces the QL community project and the current situation of quality control of project management,analyses the problems of quality control of project management and proposes an improved direction.Secondly,from the operational level to proceed,the thesis studies the quality process control of project management,establish the model of quality control selection,helps the project quality management department solve practical problems in the work by using PDCA cycle principle and improves the quality of construction project evaluation system.Finally,in four aspects of organization,technology,economy and culture,the thesis describes the measures to guarantee quality control system of the QL community project management run smoothly.
