River pollution as a thorny problem in city construction, seriously hindered the development of a healthy and harmonious city. How to effectively manage the city river, is an important task to promote the healthy development of our city. In this paper, through analyzing the current situation of river pollution xiongxi, through the introduction of domestic and foreign advanced training concept, combined with the basic situation of the river region.
