As the green lifeline of urban ecological environment system in modern engineering construction,river is an important part of maintaining the balance of urban ecological environment.However,a large number of urban industrial wastewater and domestic sewage are directly discharged into the river water body in the process of China’s urbanization construction,which pollutes the water quality and causes a large number of black and smelly rivers.With the development of economy,the improvement of living standards and material culture,people have higher and higher requirements for the surrounding environment.Therefore,the treatment of many black and odorous rivers has gradually become a practical problem facing the city.The self purification capacity of water body is limited.In order to solve the problem of black and Odorous River,we need to take corresponding artificial intervention measures.The common treatment methods include physical purification,chemical purification,biological purification,etc.Firstly,this paper analyzes the principle and treatment methods of black and Odorous River,and defines the evaluation standard of black and odorous water.Then,the water quality of Rixin River,Hongwei River and Tongsha River in the old urban area of Haimen city was investigated and the monitoring results were analyzed.The results show that the water pollution of Rixin River,Hongwei River and Tongsha river is particularly serious after the rain,mainly because the design standard of the current interceptor is low,the pipe diameter is small,and the sewage overflow or rainfall scour the confluence pipe Due to deposition and initial rainwater pollution discharge,the pollutants directly enter the river channel through the overflow port,and some river sections have combined pipes which are not included in the sewage interceptors.The water quality pollution of Rixin River,Hongwei River and Tongsha river is mainly attributed to the combined drainage system in the old urban area:during the rainy season,the initial rainwater causes direct pollution,and at the same time,due to the poor fluidity of the river channel,In addition,there is a lack of continuous supply of clean water,the water quality can not be self purified after the pollution caused by the initial rain,the pollutants are deposited in the river,and the water quality can not be better improved during the drought period,and the pollutants accumulate day by day,resulting in the continuous deterioration of water quality.This paper studies a series of measures to control pollution according to the situation of river.The combined scheme of "pollution source control,improvement of water power,clean water supplement,water purification and ecological restoration" is adopted,fully combining the advantages of various treatment methods.Among them,the core scheme is to implement the combined system sewage interception and reconstruction project,the river dredging,water circulation and water purification project are important treatment means,and the water ecological project is a long-term guarantee measure for water quality.Finally,according to the situation of the river,the paper discusses the matters needing attention from the aspects of management system,operation and management of rivers and lakes,maintenance of aquatic plants,river leader system,personnel,equipment,etc.And targeted to establish a river information management and control platform,clear the long-term management mechanism. |
